I feel passionately about the power of God’s Word as an instrument and guide for life – not just a book to read on Sundays. As one who has benefitted from biblical counseling in times when no worldly wisdom was helpful, I desire to pay it forward by allowing God to help me help others. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and I benefit from a master’s degree in biblical counseling. I love to see how the Bible comes alive when applied to our circumstances, no matter how joyful or how burdening the circumstances.
I have lived in the beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula since 2015 with my husband and two amazing sons. I love to read, spend time in or by the lake (any lake!), photography, and chocolate. I am a dog lover through and through. Most days, I love my family as much as my dogs. But most of all, I love watching Jesus wrap his loving arms around each of us and bring hope, help, and healing to all who seek Him.
